Returns

You can return the products you have purchased within 15 business days from the invoice date. The original packaging of the product you are returning must be intact. Products without packaging or damaged products are not accepted for return.

You must also send the delivery note and invoice with the product you want to return. If the returned product has been invoiced to a company/legal entity, a return invoice must be issued for the product by the relevant company.

Delivery Terms

Your products are shipped after your order is confirmed. In order for your order to be approved, the payment of the products you have purchased must have been successfully completed. Approved orders will be delivered to courier within 3 business days.

Documents to be submitted at the time of delivery

Pursuant to the new rule to be applied in the acceptance of shipments based on the Procedures and Principles for Security Measures Regarding Postal Shipments approved by the decision of the Information Technologies and Communications Commission dated 27/12/2016 and numbered 2016/DK-YED/517, you must show your driving license, identity card or passport when receiving your products from the courier.
